1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gogo ph ("gogo ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gogo ph online gaming platform, including all services, games, promotions, and features available at gogoph.bet and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on gogo ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the gogo ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. gogo ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The gogo ph Platform is intended primarily for players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. gogo ph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) gogo ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure without prior notice.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times. gogo ph reserves the right to suspend accounts where provided information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) using a valid Philippine government-issued ID.

2.5 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on gogo ph:

• Minors under 21 years of age
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of gogo ph and its affiliates
• Individuals who have self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling under any applicable program
• Individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gogo ph login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received via SMS. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally carried out the activity.

In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify gogo ph customer support immediately. gogo ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or to notify us promptly upon discovering a breach.

gogo ph may, at its sole discretion, implement additional security measures including but not limited to two-factor authentication, device fingerprinting, session timeouts, and login location alerts to protect player accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on the gogo ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). gogo ph does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees which are outside gogo ph's control.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

gogo ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven (deposits only). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as published on the Platform from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC identity verification. gogo ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where anti-money laundering obligations require verification of the source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity.

4.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds may not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds in breach of wagering conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

gogo ph offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

gogo ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic betting strategies, arbitrage, or any technique that gogo ph determines to constitute bonus abuse. gogo ph reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold related winnings where abuse is detected.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to Philippine residents aged 21 and above, one bonus per player per household. Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash at their face value prior to wagering, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the gogo ph Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the game server's recorded result, the server record shall be the authoritative source. gogo ph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from technical failures, including server outages, network interruptions, or software malfunctions, beyond the return of the wager amount placed during the affected round.

gogo ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all relevant games. RNG certification details are available upon request. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games in their respective game information panels.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gogo ph Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Registering or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software that artificially interacts with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any winnings from such exploitation will be voided
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent payment chargebacks, or any other financial crime
• Systematic bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing another person to use your gogo ph account

8. Responsible Gaming

gogo ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The Platform enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Players may access responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion directly from their account settings at no cost.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, gogo ph will take all reasonable steps to prevent the player from accessing the Platform and from receiving marketing communications. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the gogo ph Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of gogo ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from gogo ph is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gogo ph and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if gogo ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, gogo ph's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit gogo ph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Privacy

Your use of the gogo ph Platform is also governed by the gogo ph Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments

gogo ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gogo ph Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

gogo ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and cooperates with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other relevant regulatory authorities as required by law.
