6. Sharing Your Personal Data

gogo ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your data only in the following circumstances and with appropriate safeguards in place:

The gogo ph Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. gogo ph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The Platform implements age verification procedures during registration and KYC checks to enforce this restriction.

If gogo ph discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, such data will be immediately deleted and the associated account will be permanently closed. If you believe that a minor has registered on gogo ph, please notify us immediately via the contact details in Section 13.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

gogo ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable laws, or business operations. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or email address on their account, and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of the gogo ph Platform following the effective date of any amended Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
